Availability alerts

If you register for room alerts, we store the name, email address, room preferences, preferred move date and optional tenant category that you submit.

We use this information only to send the availability notifications you requested and to operate the waiting list. We do not sell it. Tenancy applications, referencing and onboarding are handled separately by Martin & Co under their own privacy arrangements.

Retention and deletion

You may unsubscribe at any time. The production version should define a routine retention period and deletion process before launch.

Cookies

This first release does not require advertising or analytics cookies. If analytics are added later, this notice and consent handling should be updated.

Before public launch: add the data-controller contact email and final retention period.
